Refund Policy

Southline Maintenance is committed to delivering professional property maintenance and refurbishment services with a fair and transparent approach to service adjustments and refunds.

All quotations, labour charges, call-out fees, and material costs are agreed prior to works commencing where possible. Once works have been completed or attendance has taken place, refunds will generally not be issued unless there is a clear failure to provide the agreed service and the issue cannot be reasonably rectified.

If a client wishes to cancel scheduled works before attendance or commencement, this may be subject to any costs already incurred, including call-out charges, materials ordered, or labour allocated.

Southline Maintenance is not responsible for delays, incomplete works, or additional costs caused by lack of access, inaccurate information provided by the client, third-party contractors, supplier delays, or pre-existing property conditions discovered during works.

If any concerns arise regarding completed works or services provided, clients should contact our team directly so the matter can be reviewed and resolved professionally.
