Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring suitable access to properties, and communicating promptly regarding appointments, instructions, or changes to works.
All quotations, service charges, and invoices will be confirmed prior to works being carried out unless instructed otherwise in emergency situations. Payment is due within the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice.
While Southline Maintenance aims to deliver all services professionally and within reasonable timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, contractor availability, access restrictions, pre-existing property conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
